How quickly can I get setup?

If you already have a Stripe account, you can have your first checkout up and running in minutes. If you need to setup a new Stripe account, no worries. You can have a new Stripe account setup within 20-30 minutes, get Spiffy ready to rock, and start taking payments later today!

Do you offer a free trial?

You can try Spiffy risk-free with our 30-day paid trial. You’re covered by our 30-day 100% money-back guarantee. Are there any long-term contracts?

Cancel anytime. Pro and Business plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime, and your billing will stop. You will have access to your account through the end of the billing cycle.

Enterprise accounts require a minimum 6-month contract, as there are typically custom development requirements and more involved setup assistance and customer service within the first 6 months.

Does Spiffy charge transaction fees?

Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans do not have any transaction fees. The only transaction fees you’ll pay are your merchant account fees.

Do you support other merchant accounts like Authorize.net or NMI?

Stripe is lightyears ahead of “traditional” merchant accounts and is much more competitively priced than most people believe. If you’ve negotiated custom rates with your bank and think you are paying only 2.4-2.6% you’re probably paying that rate plus the interchange rates, called Interchange Plus pricing. This means you’re most likely paying way more than Stripe or PayPal’s 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

We’re happy to have a convo with you to explore your current costs further, and we may even be able to help you negotiate directly with Stripe to get a more competitive rate for switching to Stripe.

While Stripe is our preferred processing partner, we do have plans to support Authorize.netand other major payment gateways in the near future.

Can I add more Checkouts to the Pro Plan?

Yes, absolutely. If you only need more Checkouts than what the Pro plan includes, you don’t need to jump to the Business plan. We can add more for a nominal additional charge. Please reach out to us via email at support@spiffy.co to discuss how many Checkouts you need and pricing.

Does Spiffy integrate with my existing tools?
