Updated: July 20, 2026 | [Terms of Service](/legal/terms/) This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Spiffy platform (the "Service") and forms part of our [Terms of Service](/legal/terms/). Using the Service in violation of this AUP is grounds for suspension or termination of your account under the Terms of Service. ## Prohibited Activities You may not use the Service to: - Engage in, promote, or facilitate any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation; - Sell goods or services that infringe the intellectual property rights of others (see our [IP Complaint Policy](/legal/ip-complaint-policy/)); - Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices, including false advertising, misrepresenting products or services, unauthorized billing, or transactions the cardholder did not authorize; - Sell goods or services in categories prohibited or restricted by applicable payment networks or your payment gateway. Businesses using a payment gateway (for example, Stripe) must also comply with that gateway's own prohibited and restricted business terms; - Send unsolicited commercial email or messages through the Service, or send email through the Service that violates applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction); - Submit special categories of personal data (as defined in Article 9 GDPR) to the Service, consistent with our [Data Processing Agreement](/legal/dpa/); - Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; access accounts or data you are not authorized to access; or circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures; - Resell or provide access to the Service to third parties other than your own authorized users, except as expressly permitted by your plan or a written agreement with Spiffy; - Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. ## Your Customers and Content You are responsible for the goods and services you sell, the content you upload, and your compliance with the laws that apply to your business - including consumer-protection, tax, and data-protection obligations toward your own customers. ## Enforcement We may review use of the Service for compliance with this AUP, but we have no obligation to monitor accounts or content. Where we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that an account violates this AUP, we may warn, suspend, restrict, or terminate the account as described in the [Terms of Service](/legal/terms/). Where feasible we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the violation; we may act without notice where we believe the violation creates legal, security, or platform risk.
